I’ve only been taking Artic Goddess for 2 weeks. I can definitely feel a change. My menopause belly feels flatter. Yesterday, when I went for my usual walk, I got fired up by my music and slowly but certainly jogged 4 miles! I even did several squats and push-ups intermittently throughout. It was fun! So, I think it has definitely increased my energy … and brightened my mood! I wasn’t even that sore today!
I know a lot of people will think I’ve been paid to write this review but I can in all honesty say I wasn’t. First though I should say before I tried Arctic Goddess I removed all supplements from my routine (believe me I was taking a lot- from turmeric to a multivit to omega 3 etc you name it I was always looking for the magic antidote!) …I cleaned up my act totally (with the exception of some traditional Chinese medicine for my arthritis) but I wanted to see the true effects of AG on my system. I should also say I’m 85 percent carnivore and eat select fruits and vegetables - but as a super active 62 year old post menopausal woman, I have found what works for me so who knows- this meat-eating landscape may have really helped amplify the effects of the reindeer organs? As part of this experiment I decided to measure my waist and hips each week. As each week passed I lost half an inch and in total over the period of four weeks I lost 1.5 inches in both my hips and waist areas. I’m not obsessed with weight but i was curious - I am a person who’s sensitive to bloating so let me say I’m very sensitive to any changes in my digestion and sensations in the stomach. I don’t mind ageing at all I simply want to feel well and healthy. During the month I’ve been trying AG I continued my normal regime of cardio, yoga, breathwork, meditation, managing cortisol and my stress. So! the results I’m getting from AG far exceeded my expectations and I think the product really suits me. I hope it suits many other souls as well! In ending a big thank you to the AG team for creating an efficacious product which suits my holistic lifestyle. I’m extremely grateful for my wellness. Dress in white is me prior to 10 years of hell and excessive stress. Dark dress is me after 6 months on beef products which brought some change. Once I switched to Artic Goddess 1-1/2 bottles later I sleep in two periods; vs a 3 hr. period followed by 1 hr. Increments after until exhaustion in the morning. My sleep quality, stamina has come up, joint pain is reducing. My job requires 8 to 11 hours of hard sweating labor 6 days a week. Frankly it has left me minerally and hormonally drained after 26 yrs. The stressful incident put my body over the edge. I highly recommend Artic Goddess. It has been a god send for me. This is what 265 looks like on me. I had been down to 227 on Ozempic. My insurance would not cover it any longer since my A1C was 5.6. I was off Ozempic for 6 months and hadn't gained anything back. But, my husband had 3 strokes 2 heart attacks along with vascular dementia and cancer. And I have my own health issues since 2013. I went into cardiac arrest in the ER on life support for 8 days. Then had mitral valve repair 3 hours later I had mitral valve replacement 3 hours later they put a ballon in. Life support for 17 days coded 4 times on my husbands birthday. Then I had pneumonia a collapsed lung and chronic heart failure. So I got a pacemaker defibrillator. Before all of this I was approximately 180. Have not seen that number again since. Got up as high as 332. I am not sure what the correct dosage is so I have been taking 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night. I feel rested after the second day and am not constantly feeling tired. I have not lost any weight. But I feel well.
I really just started taking this so I haven’t really seen any progress yet but ima give it some more time and see what happens

I have had more energy and stamina than I have had in a long time. My emotions seem a bit more under control, but I haven’t noticed any weight loss or flat tummy yet. I have only been taking it a month so maybe I just haven’t been taking it long enough to see the difference. Over all better then what I was getting on Amazon.
