Design
Single-group, virtual, 12-week trial. No control or placebo arm — outcomes were measured against each participant's own baseline. 35 female participants (age 40–65) reporting at least four menopause symptoms — night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood changes, fatigue, changes in sexual function, or urinary or vaginal changes — met inclusion criteria and were enrolled.
Protocol
