Arctic Goddess has a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Arctic Goddess without risk. You have 30 days to request a refund from the date you receive your first order. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with Arctic Goddess.

The refund policy only applies to (1) of the same item. We’ll give you a full refund for one opened (1) jar of Reindeer Organ Superfood and/or one opened (1) bottle of Ultimate Botanical Vitality Drops, and/or one opened (1) bottle of Total Recomposition Cod Liver Oil and/or one (1) opened jar of Ultimate Joint Repair Balm on your first subscription order only. If you order and open two (2) of the same item, e.g. two (2) opened jars Reindeer Organs Testosterone Booster, you can only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened jars.

You must let us know within 30 Days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions. The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first subscription order and not to one-time purchases.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed, this also applies to subscription orders. If you reach out to cancel a subscription order that is already placed or renewed, we will deny it. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED BILLING DATE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED AND WE WILL NOT REFUND IT OR ACCEPT A RETURN.
