I know a lot of people will think I’ve been paid to write this review but I can in all honesty say I wasn’t. First though I should say before I tried Arctic Goddess I removed all supplements from my routine (believe me I was taking a lot- from turmeric to a multivit to omega 3 etc you name it I was always looking for the magic antidote!) …I cleaned up my act totally (with the exception of some traditional Chinese medicine for my arthritis) but I wanted to see the true effects of AG on my system. I should also say I’m 85 percent carnivore and eat select fruits and vegetables - but as a super active 62 year old post menopausal woman, I have found what works for me so who knows- this meat-eating landscape may have really helped amplify the effects of the reindeer organs? As part of this experiment I decided to measure my waist and hips each week. As each week passed I lost half an inch and in total over the period of four weeks I lost 1.5 inches in both my hips and waist areas. I’m not obsessed with weight but i was curious - I am a person who’s sensitive to bloating so let me say I’m very sensitive to any changes in my digestion and sensations in the stomach. I don’t mind ageing at all I simply want to feel well and healthy.
